The Prague Gaming Group is on the verge of finalizing its takeover of Spin Games, a B2B gaming content provider, after securing regulatory clearance in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has granted the final regulatory approval for Prague to finalize the $30 million (£24 million/€28.4 million) acquisition, which was signed last May.

Prague stated that the deal is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the current month following the approval, which was initially granted in December and subsequently followed by the licensing approval this week.

Spin Games, headquartered in Nevada, currently possesses licenses in various US states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Connecticut.

“With this licensing approval, we eagerly anticipate completing the acquisition of Spin Games in the coming weeks,” remarked Yaniv Spielberg, Chief Strategy Officer at Prague.

“Since announcing the planned acquisition, we have been actively collaborating with the Spin Games team to finalize the technical integration of our remote gaming server with their technological platform, ensuring we are prepared to commence operations in multiple US markets promptly following the completion of the acquisition.”
