BetJack has partnered with the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) as it enters the Ohio sports wagering market.
This development follows closely on Ohio’s recent legalization of sports betting. BetJack is now among a group of major players in the regulated sports betting industry. The IBIA, boasting over 40 members and more than 100 betting brands, oversees a significant portion – nearly half! – of all regulated sports betting activity worldwide. That’s an impressive \$137 billion (or £1128 billion for UK residents) each year.
Adam Suliman, BetJack’s top executive, is enthusiastic about their Ohio launch and views the IBIA collaboration as a significant victory. He’s not the only one. Khalid Ali, IBIA’s leader, is equally thrilled to welcome BetJack. Both emphasize the critical importance of maintaining integrity in sports betting, particularly with the industry’s rapid growth in North America.
By aligning with IBIA, BetJack is sending a strong signal: they prioritize fair play. This move also strengthens IBIA’s presence in the US, where they already hold considerable influence, representing a substantial 70% of all regulated online sports betting income.
Serving as the global voice of regulated wagering, the IBIA is committed to maintaining top-tier ethical practices. This operator-led organization harnesses the combined strength of its membership to protect the sector, proactively combating dangers such as competition manipulation and fostering an equitable and open betting landscape.
The IBIA holds a prominent position in international policy dialogues, advocating for the wagering sector on influential platforms, including the UN, the Council of Europe, and the European Council.
